Neil Roberts appointed BRA President
The British Refrigeration Association (BRA) has appointed Neil Roberts, Senior Technical Sales Manager at refrigerant supplier Climalife, as its new President.
Neil has worked at Climalife for almost three years after formerly spending 12 years at Chemours and five years at DuPont (UK).
Previously Vice-President of the BRA, Neil takes over from Past-President Mark Hughes who spent two years in the role.
Commenting on his appointment as President, Neil said: “I’m extremely proud to be named President of the BRA and will work hard to further the development of the refrigeration industry and promote the interests of all BRA members.”
Past-President Mark Hughes added: “I would like to warmly welcome Neil to the role of President. His wealth of industry knowledge and experience will be instrumental in helping the BRA navigate a fast-changing refrigerant sector and keep the association at the forefront of the movement towards low emissions solutions.”
Martyn manages the Heat Pump Association, and several groups in the Refrigeration, HEVAC and Chimney Associations across FETA. He is also responsible for improving channels of communication internally to members, and externally to the many organisations, institutions, trade bodies and government departments relevant to the work of FETA, and maintains the FETA web site.
